Holkham Hall's "By Candlelight" tours offer a captivating experience during the festive season, allowing visitors to explore the stately home's opulent state rooms adorned with exquisite Christmas decorations and illuminated by the warm glow of candlelight. These tours have been featured on Channel 4's 'Christmas at Holkham', highlighting their unique charm.
We have a Self-Led Tour: For those who prefer to explore at their own pace, self-led tours allow visitors to meander through the festively adorned rooms, with Hall Guides available to answer questions and provide information about the decorations.
In addition to the tours, the Courtyard Café offers seasonal food and beverages, and the on-site shop provides a selection of gifts and Christmas decorations, some of which are featured in the Hall's displays.

Refunds
Cancellation and Refunds:
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Cancellations made 14 days prior to the excursion will receive a refund, if it is a ticketed excursion, the ticket costings are non-refundable.
No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of the excursion.
We reserve the right to cancel an excursion if it doesn’t reach satisfactory numbers. If this is the case, we will notify you within 2 weeks before the excursion date and we will issue a full refund or the money can be transferred onto another trip.
